Snow scenes

We have been making snowy mountain box scenes to use to plan yeti stories. They look great.

Visit from Andy Taylor

Andy has climbed Mount Everest and he came to primary to talk to us about it. It was very interesting, a bit disgusting and must have been frightening. We have written about the things we learned.

We used money and set up a mini-shop. We have to give our teacher exactly the right money as her till was broken!

Blob people

We used the blob poeple to discuss bullying, what it is and how it can make people feel. We drew red on the bad actions and green on the victims. Some images we needed to talk more about io decide. We then wrote down some types of bullying and some ways to be a good friend.

We’re supporting Children in Need

Everyone here at Springwell @ Forest is supporting Children in Need 2016!

25 acts of kindness

We have been trying to be really kind this week. Look how many acts of kindness we have done.

Kindness week – Pass it on

We looked at different ways to be kind and made our our class pass it on film.

Narnia experience

We spend the afternoon going ‘through the wardrobe’ into Narnia and meeting Mr Tumnus.

We asked him questions and found out a lot about him to use in our character descriptions.
